At NYX ECIGS, we're all about rewarding our loyal customers! With the NYX Loyalty Points Program, you earn points with every purchase—both in-store and online. Once you've collected enough points, you can redeem them for coupons to save on future purchases. It’s our way of saying thank you; for your support and your commitment to quitting smoking!
How to Get Started: To start earning Loyalty Points, all you need to do is sign up for a customer account using your email. If you're shopping in-store, our team can help you create an account right at checkout. Prefer to shop online? No problem! You can easily sign up through our website too. As soon as you join, you’ll receive 50 loyalty points right off the bat, and from there, you’ll earn 1 point for every dollar you spend (before tax).
What's That Worth? We’ve done the math! With 1 NYX Loyalty Point for every dollar spent (before taxes), you’re essentially getting 5% cashback in points for every purchase.
Redeeming Your Points: With one Loyalty Points tier, we've made it simple and easy. Redeem 100 points for a $5.00 off coupon, which can be used towards any regular-priced product.
You can choose to redeem your points as soon as you’ve earned enough, or keep saving—up to a limit of 2,000 points in-store. Once you hit that limit, it’s time to redeem and start collecting again! To check your points balance, just ask an associate in-store or log into your NYX ECIGS account online.
A Few Things to Keep in Mind: When you redeem points, they’re treated as discounts, meaning they can't be applied to sale items, bundles, or products that already have a discount (like ongoing NYX promotions). But don’t worry—you can hold onto your points and use them on other purchases to make sure you get the most out of the program!
