1) Credit Card Payment with Visa, Visa Debit, and Mastercard through SSL Checkout.
2) Interac Email Money Transfer - If paying through Interac Email Money Transfer, please send your payment to sales@nyxecigs.com along with the order number in the message section. Security answer: nyxecigs1 so we can process your order.
3) Flagged orders - Certain orders placed on NYX ECIGS may be subject to review by our Fraud Department. Once we receive positive confirmation through our security procedures, such as credit card verification and address validation, we will proceed with shipping. Kindly note that an authorization is required to dispatch products to the registered credit card address. Free shipping and Same-Day delivery are offered on orders with a subtotal of $50 or more across Canada*.
Are you not getting $50 worth of stuff? No need to worry! Due to our large volume of shipments, we have some of the cheapest shipping rates available.

Orders may be delayed due to external transfers from store locations or stock depletion.
*Kindly ensure you are of legal age (19+) before purchasing with us. All online orders are shipped with Adult Signature (19+) requirements. If the package is not signed for with an Adult Signature (19+), it will be returned to us.*
We will charge a flat rate of $15 for the restocking fee and the shipping cost, even if your order was eligible for free shipping.
ID VERIFICATION
In compliance with the Smoke-Free Ontario Act, you must present a valid government identification to verify your age upon package delivery. Our courier will inspect the ID before releasing your package. For any inquiries, you can contact us at support@nyxecigs.com.
SHIPPING
WE SHIP WITH UPS, PUROLATOR, AND CANADA POST FROM TORONTO, ONTARIO.
Due to regulations, orders cannot be shipped to Quebec.
Tracking numbers will be provided and viewed on your account page upon fulfillment.
** Orders placed and paid for by 2 PM EST Monday through Friday will be shipped the following business day. Certain exceptions may apply.
Online and in-store pickup orders will not be processed during the weekend but will be processed on the following business day.
Shipping rates will be displayed on the checkout page.
NYX E-CIGS offers partial refunds when incorrect shipping addresses are provided.
NOTE: Orders may experience delays due to external transfers from store locations or stock depletion.
SAME DAY DELIVERY
Upon checkout, you MUST select the "Local Delivery" option to proceed with your same-day delivery order. If you have not selected the "Local Delivery" option, your order will automatically be processed as a Regular Online Order (Regular Online orders cannot be switched into Local Delivery once the order is processed).
In addition, this option is only available Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be shipped the next business day.

- Same-day delivery services will be available Monday to Friday (weather permitting)
- We do not offer this service on weekends and holidays.
- Orders must be placed before 12:00 pm.
- Orders over $50 (Excluding taxes and discounts) will be eligible for this service.
- Select “local delivery” on the checkout page to receive this service.
- Orders placed after the cutoff time will be delivered on the next BUSINESS day.

Same-Day Delivery FAQs
Who will be delivering my same-day order?
Our delivery partners provide same-day delivery in specific regions across the GTA. Please ensure you are present to receive your order. Please note that we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time
Can I select the delivery time?
Unfortunately, you can not request a specific delivery time.
What if I am not available when the delivery partner arrives?
If our delivery partner attempts delivery but you are unavailable and a secure location for your order cannot be found, they may attempt to contact you using the phone number provided during checkout. If the delivery cannot be completed, your order will be returned to us.
The store will process a PARTIAL refund of your order within 24–72 hours of its return. Depending on your bank’s processing time, it may take up to 10 days after we process the return to reflect on your account. Please note a flat $15 restocking fee will apply.
Is there a minimum for Same-Day Delivery?
Yes, Orders over $50 (Excluding taxes and discounts) will be eligible for Same-Day Delivery.
How will I know the driver is on the way?
You will receive a confirmation email when we receive your order and another once it is en route to your location. Utilize the real-time GPS tracker to stay updated on the latest notifications regarding your Same-Day Delivery order. For additional assistance, you may also use the “Help” option to contact the courier’s customer service. Alternatively, feel free to contact us at support@nyxecigs.com
Why was my Same-Day Delivery order delivered the next day?
If your order is placed after the local cutoff time, it will be delivered on the next available business day.
What can I do if I enter the wrong address on my Same-Day Delivery order?
If you entered the wrong address on your Same-Day Delivery order, you have 30 minutes before the cut-off time to contact support@nyxecigs.com.
Reminder: our cut-off time is at 12:00 pm.
Who will be delivering my Same-Day Delivery order?
We provide Same-Day Delivery through our delivery partners in specific regions across the GTA. We recommend that you be home to receive your order.
Can I cancel a Same-Day Delivery order?
You must contact support@nyxecigs.com before 12:00 PM. Orders canceled after the cut-off time will be subject to a flat rate of $15 restocking fee.
Can I add something to my Same-Day Delivery order?
Once your order has been placed, you may not add additional items to your Same-Day Delivery order.
What is scheduled for Same-Day Delivery?
Typically, orders will arrive between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM. Please note that we cannot guarantee specific delivery times or accommodate special requests. Additionally, this service is not available for businesses or commercial locations.
My order delivery window has passed, and my order has not arrived. What should I do?
We apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact the courier’s customer service via https://www.alwaysot.com/ and support@nyxecigs.com
Will there be a second delivery attempt?
No, we do not provide multiple delivery attempts. If you are unavailable to receive the order, the package will be returned to us by the third-party courier. We will then issue a partial refund within 48 hours, with a $15 restocking fee applied. Please note that exceptions to this policy may be considered in specific situations.
